Sarah Coughlin

I began working for Sarah Coughlin State Farm in 2015 and have 8 years of total insurance experience. I am licensed to help you with all of your Auto, Home, Life, and health insurance needs. I have a passion for helping our customers and saving money for them in the process. I am originally from Morristown, TN and love it here. I am very involved with local animal shelters, Isaiah 117 House and enjoy traveling in my free time.

State Farm is a family affair for me. My grandmother brought me into the industry right after college. I started working for Sarah Coughlin State Farm after my grandmother retired in 2017. I am licensed to help my customers with Auto, Fire, Life and Health insurance. Saving money for my customers is the greatest feeling. In my free time, I love spending time with my daughter.

I am originally from Greene County but moved to Morristown TN with my family a few years ago. I started working for Sarah Coughlin State Farm in Talbott, TN in 2014 bringing with me 12 years of prior insurance experience. I am licensed in Auto and Fire insurance. My roll is in customer service for our agency and I love problem solving to help our customers. I have two handsome boys, a supportive husband and two fur babies. We enjoy doing crafts, visiting festivals and outdoor activities in our free time.

I’m a proud Grainger-countian, Rutledge High School and Carson-Newman College graduate, and the 5th generation to live on my family’s land near Cherokee Dam. To say I love East Tennessee is an understatement!

My passions include my family -proudly boasting of 8 nieces and nephews whom I affectionately refer to as “urchins”- ballroom dancing, freelance makeup artistry, several close & enriching friendships, and my favorite thing of all: spending time with my young son and only child, Jake.

My interest in insurance began after college when I took a position with a now retired State Farm Agent in Jefferson City. After some time away and many adventures, I’ve returned home to State Farm to work with Sarah Coughlin and her great team!

I view insurance as an important ministry, meeting people at a time of need and helping them prepare for the future. Proverbs 21:5 tells us that “the plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance.”

My name is Harlie Baldwin and I grew up in White Pine Tennessee. I am a current student at Walters State Community College, where I major in business. My hope is to transfer to Carson Newman University, to get my bachelor’s degree. I am hoping to one day own my own insurance agency so I can continue to protect who and what you love. In my spare time, I enjoy line dancing, dinner with friends, and watching movies.
